NI Workplace Health Network

Background

The NI Workplace Health Network was established in October 2005 by the Awareness Programme Action Team (as part of the first Working for Health Action Plan).

The aim of the Network is to act as forum for bringing together individuals interested in workplace health.

2 or 3 meetings are held each year.

Issues discussed to date include Stress; Migrant Workers; Workplaces as a setting to improve health; Sickness Absence and Rehabilitation; Healthy Working Backs and Managing Mental Health issues in the Workplace.

Updates will be available here on future meetings.
