HSENI services
There are a number of other services available, as part of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland which provide support and assistance.Health and Safety Works NI provides confidential information and advice specifically to small businesses on all aspects of health and safety. HSWNI is independent from HSENI and its enforcement activities.
The Employment Medical Advisory Service provides assistance on medical issues relating to workplace health, as well as information on First Aid at Work, Fitness to Work and numerous other topics.
The Asbestos Advisory Service provides information and advice for homeowners on the management of asbestos within the home.
HSENI also provides an Information and Advice Centre, with reference literature available. A video library is also available as part of the Centre.
