Priority Workplace Health Programmes
Aim
– to develop and deliver a programme of priority workplace health projects and campaigns to raise awareness, improve levels of compliance and influence attitudes to workplace health.
Objectives
- To develop and deliver a suite of projects and initiatives aimed at reducing incidence of MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders) focussing on improving levels of compliance and promoting rehabilitation and effective absence management across identified high risk workplaces over a three year period.
- To develop and deliver a 3-year targeted programme aimed at improving the management of stress in the workplace and promoting good mental health.
- To develop a series of targeted and co-ordinated projects to improve awareness and compliance in relation to selected causes of work related ill health.
