Occupational Health Support and Rehabilitation

Aim

– to identify, develop and encourage delivery mechanisms for the provision of readily accessible and cost effective occupational health support and rehabilitation schemes for the workforce in Northern Ireland and in particular for small businesses.

Objectives

  • To identify models of good practice for occupational health support and rehabilitation and areas for improvement
  • To develop best practice models for occupational health support and rehabilitation and to pilot, evaluate and facilitate their rollout for Northern Ireland
  • To engage with the social healthcare sector
